Designer Brand Award handed to Victoria Beckham At British Fashion Awards

Victoria Beckham fought backtears when she was offered with the one of the nights top prices at the BritishFashion Awards which was held on Monday.

She got honored with the DesignerBrand award at the ceremony in London. Pal Marc Jacobs handed Designer Brandaward to Victoria Beckham, and she beat Tom Ford and Burberry. That was amazingmoments.   

She was dressed in a floor-length backless black gown, Beckhamcovered her face as she told the crowd, "I am so nervous," beforethanking her soccer star husband David. 

She gave her full credit to her husbandDavid, by saying that, “Without him I wouldn't have had the courage to do whatI am doing".

She wrote on twitter after the ceremony, "Wewon!! Thank u so much to my amazing VB team!!!! Designer Brand of the Year atthe British Fashion awards!"  

Other Winner at the British FashionAwards were Sir Paul McCartney’s daughter Stella who won Red Carpet prize forher designs, and Alexander McQueen designer Sarah Burton, who was handed theDesigner of the Year trophy from British Prime Minster David Cameron’s wifeSamantha. 

This year was Lucky for Burton,he was the fashion designer who created Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge’s royalwedding dress.

TV host Alexa Chung was also abig winner – she landed the Ambassador for British Style honor, as voted for bythe public.
